NIFTY TECHNICALS FOR MONDAY
The daily JET is oversold at 1.0. Plenty of shorts in the market. Global cues should be good going by the Dowjones close on Friday. Bears(short seller) will cover immediately taking the markets up! Nothing horibally wrong with the nifty technicals except that we are overheated as the ADX is above the PM and the MACD fast line is still below the slow line showing bears are not to be taken lightly!! The nifty rallied and the TRIN is oversold... BEARISH DIVRGENCE FOR THE JET BEWARE!! Nifty can zoom to 5768 than 5832
KEEP EYE ON Ranbaxy $ Novartis
Ranbaxy markets copy of Novartis gelvic drug (cancer) in India.
Novartis have challenged as they have patent.
HC hearing is on 6th november.
If Novartis wins the case , Ranbaxy has to stop making drug.
but it will have impact on patients as they are getting drugs at 10-12 times cheaper price.
monthly cost of Ranbaxy drug is at 8000 Rs
where as Novartis is at 1 lakh.
